Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or laundered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unused items back into their original linen storage sacks and secure them in a durable shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
